I am seeing a decent amount of white on that cere. Is it whitish to you or pinky purple ? Any other photos ? Did you use a flash ?

i would say cock, but i can see white on that cere which indicates a young/non-breeding condition Hen. but it could be a camera flash. more pictures would be good?
