May 21, 200915 yr Photobucket has an edit feature for resizing pictures to our forum size of 640 by 480. You can also upload them to that size to save editing each one. PS Budgies look great :boogie:
May 21, 200915 yr Author I know about the edit feature but thank you... But i've added them as links because this forum only allows so many pictures to be added onto one post at a time (15)... And than you can not add a second post after with more pictures... I already tried it... Most forums have this feature... But thank you for your suggestion and your comment on my budgies... :boogie: Part two of Pictures... Mickey... Miss Clumsy... Moss... Muffle... My Darling... Pine... Posh... Possum... Prince... Rains... Riley... Spice... Strut's... SunRise... Tambo.... Edited May 21, 200915 yr by LittleBudgie2005

Also emoticons do not work in topic titles, so I edited it out.

May 21, 200915 yr You have quite a clan happening there. You also have some magnificent colours, your very fortunate. I find colours of birds are very therapeutic . Not just the colours though, observing them and looking after them is too. How long have you been breeding them?
May 21, 200915 yr Author Just reposting some pictures... So it shows the picture, not the link... Hmmm... Sure I fixed that before... Oh well... Fergie... Flower... Frost... Gradey... Ice... Jerri... King... LandSlide... Lemon-Lime Bitters... Lil Lizzie... Madam... Mauvice... Thanks Lynneski... ... These guys I haven't started breeding with yet, as I am moving house... Well I'm building on a 5acr block and setting up new aviaries and a new budgie room... The house should be finished before Xmas and I hope to start breeding with these guys sometime early next year... I have completely new stock and have been buying these guys since Jan this year... Buying up when I see good stock for sale... Before I had the everyday pet shop budgies, some were Clubs though... Last year (when I sold everyone) I planned to get into Clubs, Crested and Texas-Clear Bodies, so this year I have... I like the idea breeders only breed a few varieties they like but I can't choose which varieties I like, so all of them will just have to do... Hee Hee Thank you Pearce... ... Lemon-Lime Bitters... Now she is a story... Poor girl... I got her from a pet shop (wont name names) after having a heated talk with the manager about her condition... She was a young budgie with scaley face bad... Real bad and she was still on show for sale... Surprised, no not really... He claimed it was a normal part of budgie life and I said something like no its not, told him what it was and it just went through one ear and out the other... In the end I think the manager got sick of me, gave me the bird and said now leave and don't come back... So I took her and treated her... After a good couple of months of treatments and quanatine she moved outside, went through her adult moult and now she looks like what you see now... Not the best start in life but I hope she knows she is safe and loved now... She isn't even a year old... She my favourite too, but shhh don't tell the others I may get into trouble... Here is a picture of her going through her first moult...
May 21, 200915 yr Very nice, I love all the different rainbow of colors you have , your budgies are gorgeous. Thank you for posting them as images it is so much easier to view them this way.
May 21, 200915 yr Author Thanks Budgiehero and Elly... I currrently have them in a 3mLx2mW aviary... I also have a 6mLx3mW, 6 bay aviary for the parrots and another 3mLx2mW, 2 bay aviary, which is one bay for my Zebra Finch and the other as a sale bay... Once I move I will have a Budgie room (converted shed) which is 12mLx6mW... This will have the budgie aviaries, breeding cabinets, quarantine aviary, sale aviary, holding cages, hospital cage, brooders, everything I need plus more so I've been told... Hmmm Don't know if I'll have room for seed now... Joking... There's an area for storing seed too...
May 21, 200915 yr Congratulations on your upcoming new home and birdroom/aviaries. Your birds look gorgeous, and they will love the space when you get it all happening
May 21, 200915 yr That sounds great, you have obviously planned everything out properly. Your budgies will love you for giving them the best environment. I wish I had the space to do that. I'm trying to build another aviary now. All I need is some spare time
May 22, 200915 yr Author Thanks Kaz and Lynneski... I hope they will enjoy the space and designs I have come up with for them... Hopefully it's enough... Spare time, Hmmm... Let me know when you find some cause I'm looking too... Wont have much of it once I move...
