Any experts would like to try sexing my new budgie?

I say it's a boy, because his cere actually looks PINK, I tried to take a good picture of it, but the flash was messing it up.

I'll try again in the morning.

 

I just got him today from the petstore and he's such a sweet baby, look at him on my finger already

 

I'm really happy

this blurry picture actually gives a better idea of the real color of his cere.

Cant reA=ally tell, should be a boy. But i will give you a hint.

 

if it is a purplish bluish pink on the nostrils, its a boy,

 

however, if its any colour, but its turning white just above the nostrils, its a girl :bluebudgie:

It's too hard to tell at the moment... flashes wash out the colour of the cere and the dark room also alters the colour.

Natural light is best.
