Ahh, well that explains alot, i dont disturb my hens.... i checked today the opaline hen i have has got 8 egg's and 3 of them have the very distinct pink glow to it, so i guess i got 3 infertile ones, which is good really...i dont want her to have to raise 8 chicks 5 is plenty Edited May 13, 200915 yr by mattdog2

May 16, 200915 yr Kaz, they are SO pretty! Love the one sleeping in the seed container! (budgie of the month??) My previous budgie (who escaped ) used to take (dry) baths in her seeds regularly... i had to buy a seed container with a smaller opening because she just made SUCH a mess!!
