Is This Normal?

I have noticed that sometimes X props himself up on one leg, and its always the same leg... I've checked it out and I can't seem to see any difference compared to the other foot. There doesn't appear to be any swelling or cuts... here is him standing on both legs...

My birds do it all the time. They stand on one leg and scratch with the other. Is that what your bird is doing? Or is it sitting like that for a while?

His left foot is not as far around the perch as the right, Could just be the way he was sitting when you took the picture.

Very normal especially when they are calm and getting ready for sleep, I have read a budgie that doesn't do this could be a sick budgie when they are fluffed but if they are fluffed and on 1 foot it is an indication that they are okay since it requires strength and balance.

It's the other way you don't want. Sitting on two feet asleep or fluffed up..
