September 19, 200915 yr Author This one from Omelette's first clutch has changed a little and Nasty here are some from her second clutch more to come.
September 23, 200915 yr How many do you let Omelette raise herself? If she had 7 young, would you foster any? I know all Mum's are different, and Omelette is great, but as a general rule, not just for Omelette, how many is too many?

Last clutch I think she raised five and two were fostered into the greywing nest. Omelette can cope well but her partner, the grey green spangle was not the best at feeding the babies. Mostly Omelette fed the babies.
