What will the chick be from this pair?

They are my mum's birds. They have 1 chick so far and there are another 3 eggs still in the nestbox. She pushed another 2 out, what are the chances of the remaining eggs being fertile?

You will have 100% greens unless the male is split to blue.

50% Dominant Pieds and 50% Normals

All males will be split to Cinnamon

*Hopes dad is split to blue!!* I'm getting half the clutch.. or the one chick, and I really really don't need more green.. :P

Ah now Green is the only colour that grey will meld with to produce grey greens

Elly can you see cinnamon in the hen? I can't but that's my eyes.

Yes it is very clear for me, but see if you can tell her on back more as it looks lighter then her cheek patches.

I can see cinnamon. Daz it may be your moniter.

No it's my eyes. Kaz knows I have colour blindness but it only seems to be with the birds on the computer. I have no problem with the birds in the aviary.

If you tell me what they are, I can tell you the outcome

as Daz said green and grey mix so you will get 50% grey greens 50%greens. not ixing in the chance the male is split for blue

Sunshine, out of all the green series, I think the grey green bird is the prettiest. Especially cinnamon pied grey greens..... lovely outcome.

lol, We can only hope I get the prettiest bird possible from this pair.. :D

Can anyone tell me when the feathers start coming through? Mum isn't exactly sure when the baby hatched.. It already has feathers coming through..

And it doesn't look like she has been feeding it much.. she is obviously feeding it a bit though.. I've told mum to keep a close eye on it to make sure its getting enough food.

From the look of the eggs I think atleast one more egg is going to hatch. So hopefully that will happen tomorrow! since it didn't happen while I was there today.. one of the eggs has a little crack in it.. could that be it starting to hatch or could she have done it when she moved it or something?...

They way things ended last time was, She stopped feeding the chick and then we think both parents attacked it and pushed it out of the nest. They were both cover in blood (not their own).

And this time It was an accident because mum can't tell her birds apart.. They have two eggs. They had four but she pushed two out. They are in there own breeding cage this time and seem to be doing well. But she was okay up until the egg hatched last time.. How likely do we think they are to attack the new chicks?

We would of fostered the eggs out, but we don't have any other breeding pairs..
