Crazy little guy! Actually it makes a good 'tool' to get him playing with me- i can use it to scratch him etc then swap with my finger! It's also making him explore unused areas of his cage- i keep moving it for him to go & find. Right now it's nestled in some silverbeet (he hasn't quite caught on about eating vegies yet) & he's eyeing it warily!

Maurie has two girlfriends.. his red wooden swing, and the wooden building-block style parrot chew toy hanging in the corner.

 

I keep telling him.. you're meant to love ME
