He's been making this sound for the last couple of days.. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with him, besides the noise making and I don't know what to do about it.. If there is anything I can do about it..

He usually does it for alot longer then that, he was doing it for about 10 minutes before I started recording him..

If anyone thinks they may know why he's making this sound, please please please tell me!

Can't say I have heard my budgies make that noise before

I would suggest that your budgie has the beginnings of an illness developing. it seems to be an issue with breathing - sounds almost wet . i would get him to the vet for diagnosis. There are many other things it could be too. my birds made a sound like that when they were vomiting from Canker. prompt diagnosis is vital.

I hear my birds make sounds like that all the time, they make heaps of different sounds. It may not be the case and it may have a breathing/respitory problem. Get it checked out to be sure.

Possible lack of iodine, but I would strongly suggest vet diagnosis.
