well,sadly none of my pet shops (i visted 20 today and no luck)

incase i have to hand feed the chicks if i had to (when i get some)

I live in hamilton and there are only like 4 or 5 pet shops that i know of >_>

They all have hand rearing formula too.

Sometimes when you dont know exactly what you are looking for you will fail to recognise the container it comes in. Phone them all and ask again. Also vets usually carry these supplies too...phone them and ask.

If you ever need to run out quick to get something to get a bird through try using the baby rice cerel the Hi-protien one. Drop of calcivet if you got it if not sugar syrup or a small bit of honey added will do.

Yep, I did that once when I had no formula when a baby was orphaned once. Looks and smells the same. It's not as good long term, but if you have to use it a few times when you run out, it's fine.
