Hey can you have a look at this aviary please and tell me -

 

1. is it worth its money?

2. is it a good aviary

3.would it house 10 budgies and 6 tiels comfortably keeping in mind I may get more when I breed etc

 

I am not sure how comfortably it would fit them, whats your opinion?

I have seen bigger aviaries sold privately or on ebay for less money.

No safety door.

Cant stand in it as it is raised off the ground.

Not big enough for the birds you have and you want to get more ?

Thanks Kaz! Exactly what I thought again, but like to check with the experts. The 2nd aviary, is the same guy I bought my breeding cage off a while ago. Hoping to get this aviary badly its really what I need they would have heaps of room. Its a good aviary yea? How much is it worth do you think?

Okay, i found this aviary on EBAY and would like to know how many budgies and tiels it could comfortably hold? I have 10 budgies and 8 tiels, would it be suitable for them?

 

Is it a good aviary? How much worth?

Did you bid for the aviary ?

Its nothing more than a shed with a bit of aviary mesh. You would need a ladder to see the birds. Not enough airflow for the birds....needs more sheetmetal removed and replaced with mesh.

good size, but needs work. If you got it cheap enough and can do the modifications it would be worthwhile.

 

Also no SAFETY DOOR.

What is your aviary budget ? Because RARELY the price you see when you first look will be the price at the end.

Its a good size, needs more bird wire on the front. Take the front sheet panel off and put bird wire from a foot up to the roof. Like it is at the moment they would get little sunlight and little air flow. You can make a safety door with shadecloth and a piece of wood.

 

If its cheap I would get it and modify it.

I agree, it needs modifications. If you get it for a good price, the go for it :D

okay thanks Kaz would they both be okay for 8 cockatiels and 10 budgies? For that number of birds what size measurements should I be looking at?Pretty much definetly getting this one!! Ebay item # 110357709579
