Posted April 22, 200916 yr Hello all in Budgie community. I am American but living in Okinawa Japan. I just got a 3 week old Budgie and is very adorable. Just browsing around to learn tips and hopefully get some advice from some of you. Once I get my feet wet I will post some of my experiences and hopefully help some of you or some new people like me.
