i have a show pair who are being stuborn and not breeding how long should i leave them in there breeding cage for

Edited by Bird Haven

I leave them in their for 1 month. if no action they are split up. I sometimes try them again, or I change pairs, or I retire them. Depends on the birds.

Too long...post a picture of the birds as they look NOW and also the breeding cage, so we can advise.

i will have to explain it i cant find my camra lead.

the female if grooming her partner and the male is trying to mate with her they feed eachother and don't go in the nesting box that often

The reason I asked for photos is to see the breeding cage setup and also the birds and their current condition.
