Breeding Cage

I have a cabinet about 1 meter high by 1 meter left to right (long) by 50 centimeters front to back.

Should I divide it in half or can it be split in quarters?

For breeding birds,

I would divide it into a top and bottom making two and use the metre width, as cutting the width in half makes it a little narrow for a breeder cage.

Thankyou kaz. thats what I've currently planned. Top is one cage and bottom is the other. Just need to make some doors.

Yeah but they are all around $50 bids. When I first saw the cages I was expecting to pay well over that so Its still looking good for me.
