April 16, 200916 yr Author I lost flame last night, she was one of my original one... I am numb. I have broken down three times today and cried till I felt sick and it's only 9.30... At the moment Lemon is sitting on flames last set of eggs so I really hope they hatch. She was the BEST mother that you could ever want. She did not care who you put under her. I even pulled her from the avairy once and stuck her in a breeding box with Blue and gave her two 3 day old chicks, 5 mins later she is eating oats like they where going out of fashion and then about 3 hours later both bubs where full to the brim. I am really thinking that I might just give away bird breeding all together it just hurts to much....
April 17, 200916 yr Sorry to hear about this . Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I have done lots of crop feeding in the past. Or if you want me to come over and assist in any other way.

April 17, 200916 yr OMG AV I just read this post, all my birds are dying too!!! My vet thought (and has tested for) psitiicosis but I might get him to check again on one of 'those' birds and see if he picks up something else.
