April 8, 200916 yr the dolphin noise means the bird is angry or upset with what you are doing or what another bird is doing, it doesn't mean they are sick. Edited April 8, 200916 yr by Elly
April 8, 200916 yr Author Noticed she does the noise when I put my face up close to cage and talk to her sometimes - oohps She's alway's been a moody bird But saying that she's hasn't been well for ages and that probally dosn't help when she's not feeling well . Spoke to the vet he say's my bird is on the way down , I'm going to book an xray next week see what's up with her inside re the tumours she's has , just maybe there is something we can do to help her . She's a little fighter keeps hanging in there . Thanks
April 8, 200916 yr My hen, Maxie, who seems to HATE me does the dolphin noise when I come near her cage. Initially I thought she was speaking to me cutely.. and I was so proud and impressed. Then I realised its her way of showing anger and telling me to "shove off!". Of course I dont know the background to the health of your little girl, but with Maxie it's definitely a "get lost"!!!!
