Top one looks like canary seed and the other two types of millet ?

Agree with Kaz top 2 are defiantely millet, looks like jap millet. Top 1 i think is White french millet, dont think its canary seed.

Are both bottom two the same? Just the red one is at an earlier stage?

Im not to sure.

Should it be feeded to the birds the way it is or should I let it go brown.

Yeah they look like the same plant just differing maturity
