l love that spring is here but with winter now over it is flooding in my area where l live. l'm very worried now, it is pretty bad here now that we just got dumped with a ton of snow. l went out today and the snow that fell during these past two days, went up to my knees.

wow... thats not good... hope everyone comes out of it safe...

The river should be cresting sometime next week. They are saying that it might not be as bad in our city and surrounding areas, unlike it is bad in North Dakota. So far almost 200 homes have been flooded over there.

Wow!! I've only ever seen real snow once!

That's crazy... I can't imagine what that must be like... I have only ever been to the snow once... that must sound weird to some other nationalities... Actually having to travel for hours in order to see snow in winter... sometimes even have to travel hours and still only seeing fake snow... lol.

Wow that flooding is terrible! We've only ever had minor damage to our home from flooding but it was so destructive and it required a lot of work to clean up. those poor people!

 

I used to live in Canada. I hate snow!

We just got dumped with more snow but it was not as much as last weeks snowfall. Our city is still not out of the woods yet. The city is concerned with the possible risk of a serious ice jam on the river. Ice jams can cause a rapid and unpredictable increase in local water levels.

The river is expected to crest around April 8 - 17th.

It is hora frost on the window.

I love snow. I have seen it a few times - I have spent some time in Canada as a kid and LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVEEEEDDDD it!

Snow.......... I'm tired of snow.. Its fun when its falling but once it freezes is so cold!! I just want it to be spring already!!

 

But my dog Cookie sure loves snow :budgiedance:

I googled it and I beleive it is actually hoar frost. Not hora.
