Posted March 25, 200916 yr I was reading one of Elly's posts and I instantly thought of this... It is believed that Socrates said this somewhere between 469 BC and 399 BC: "The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers."
March 25, 200916 yr OMG Jimmy I can't believe that was written so long ago, because I know I have said that exact thing and not very long ago either it was only last week.
March 25, 200916 yr if they only lived in our time they would see what real tyrannts they have become
