Yes its normal, especially for cinnamons, but also spangles dont have the same spots markings as normals.

Excuse me, I don't want to ruffle any feathers (excuse the pun) but it looks as if the light green spangle may have splayed legs. I could be wrong..... maybe the photo isn't showing up correctly.
