Posted March 15, 200916 yr Hi, Just wondering if it is normal to treat birds with scaly face once a week for 3 weeks? I thought it was a one off treatment or does it depend on what you use? Debbie
March 15, 200916 yr One off treatment is for spot on ivermectin...other treatments are topical applications of oils or ointments and take much longer.
March 16, 200916 yr Author the vet gave me Air Sac Mite Treatment, doesn't actually say what is in it but I guess it's not ivermectin!
