Dose anyone know of any companies in WA who build custom aviaries, there are lots over on the east coast but nothing here in WA accept for small pre fab. I am looking for at least 4mx4m aviary.

Often it is easier and cheaper to buy a garden shed kit and just remove some of the sheetmetal sheets and replace with aviary mesh. In actual fact I know it works out much cheaper doing it this way.

There was a company called MetalLand or something like that which used to do the job but they stopped a couple of years ago.

 

Kaz's idea is a good one, or else you could try Ebay or BirdWorld in Balcatta- they have quite a few second-hand aviaries.

I picked up a couple of leaflets for aviaries made by Kinson Products tonight whilst I was setting up my table at the Biennal Bird Show in Canington. A few of the styles available will be on display during the bird show. Maybe you could do a run up to Perth to check them out and talk to the guys on their display stand. If you can't make it I'll get a phone number for you and you can call these guys direct. PM an address and I will forward the leaflets to you.

 

There was a mob called Aviary Makers up bassendean way but I think they may have gone out of business.

I'm new to aviaries and the keeping of birds. I was in a simular situation. I had bought a secondhand aviary and wanted to extend/modify it. I searched around and eventually found Kinson Products.

I originally wanted to buy the steel sections but on visiting their workshop saw they would sell me complete prefab panels. They couldnt have been more helpful.They make to measure as well as standard sizes. They also make cat cages, runs etc. I have no connection with this company.

It was nice to find someone really helpful.

They are at Albany hwy, new the Kenwick link behind Clem Nunn motorcycles. I called them on 1800 185 000 but I see from their invoice another number is 94591642
