What Colour Is This Baby Budgie?

Featured Replies

I say he's a greygreen or olive(can never remember how to tell them apart) Cinnamon Spangle. :-D Gorgeous too!!

Cinnamon opaline grey green. The brown wing marking show it's cinnamon, the wing pattern show that it's opaline, the colour of the cheek patches show that it's grey green rather than olive. The cinnamon causes the body colour to be more washed out than a normal of the same shade

Grey green cinnamon opaline ...NOT SPANGLE

Olives cheek patch is a strong violet colour, grey greens (greys) have a steely blue/grey coloured cheek patch.

Also Olives have a navy blue tail and grey greens have a black tail.

Except in the case of a cinnamon grey or cinnamon grey/green, the tail would be cinnamon instead of black.
