Should I Trim His Claw?

You can very easily see his claw on his left leg...the difference between that claw and the one you can see on his other side are obvious. He hurt his claw when he fledged (fell out of the nest, it was about 3-4 feet from the floor so he hit his claw and it was infected for a little while..fully healed now.. he is almost a year old) and it has been that way ever since. I've just left it, seeing as it has never seemed to impede him or catch on anything...but I'm just wondering if I should try to catch him and trim it or something? It has been that length the whole time, growing longer a bit because it doesn't touch the perch, I think.

Just wanting to make sure I don't have to do anything about it. Thanks.

I have never had to trim a budgies claw ever...but if you really think it needs it, use the nail clippers for people and only remove a little at a time, watching out for the pink part inside.

That's what I'm asking, whether I should or just leave it..it doesn't seem to hurt him or catch on anything at all, so I might as well leave it, then?

Agree with Kaz... I would leave it unless it becomes an issue.
