To tell you the truth I am not sure, the lady who gave him to me tried to hand him into the RSPCA but they would not take him and told her to contact me, the story she told them and the story she told me where two different stories so we think it's one of the two

a) she bought him found hand raising to hard and wanted to get rid of him quick and tried to pass him off

or

b ) she breed him and his parents died and she had no idea how to hand raise him and wanted to pass him off quick.

Thank Kaz, the RSPCA has said that since we are raising him we can re home him or sell him but I think he will be here for the long hall!

He is so cute! Especially snuggled up to his teddy in his box (when I saw him Saturday) I'd definitely have trouble parting with him. Do keep us updated with him and his progress.

he is cute, looking forward to seeing if he is a quaker :) and watching him grow under your care.

LOL I was trying to work out how you knew about the teddy bear! Thanks so much for the cage the love bird is now in it and seem happier and as we might be getting another love bird in then it will be good that they can have a large cage.

I really think that Charlie is a quaker as he makes the quaker noise when you feed him and after it and also he will be a green bird so it is starting to add up

That is definately a little baby quaker! Congrats! They are amazing to handfeed! Very easy going eaters and are too funny when they bob and shake as they eat.
