Why is her beak this colour?

Has it always been that colour and do you have a picture of the whole bird?

She is this bird. In the first pictures her beak doesn't look so black.. I can't remember if it's always been that colour.. I don't think it has been..

that is a normal colored beak, Merlin's is like that.
