February 23, 200916 yr okay, fresh eyes and brain I agree the chicks don't look grey green. However, still assuming that the grey is from the other nest, leaves two little green chicks who still could have come from either nest... once we see more feather it might be more clear. Also, the chick with the plum eyes, may have been DF spangle, but was possibly a cinnamon from the other nest instead. If it was a cinnamon that died then the two green chicks are most likely the ones who are related to the DF spangle. Edited February 23, 200916 yr by **Liv**
February 23, 200916 yr Should be a good pairing. The Double factor Cinnamon birds will have less suffusion as the cinnamon gene will lighten this. It's a good pairing for double factors. Remind me who the birds are Kaz. I like the hen, she has good shoulders. The hen is by DODGEY BROS. The cock is an ARMSTRONG. Kaz doesn't Gary use cinnamon and opaline in his DF lines so that cock could be Cinnamon DF spangle or split cinnamon. Kaz I am being lazy I haven't read past this post that I have replied on.

February 25, 200916 yr Author Youngest chick appears to be grey green spangle...so problem solved I believe....The grey green and grey spangle belong to the other nestbox and the green spangle belongs to the spangle to spangle pairing.
