Hi. To me it looks like a baby hen. Looks like a cinnamon opaline.

Thank you so much..... I guess she has a he's name though ^_^

I love her a lot and after only a couple of days she was already stepping up on my finger and of the cage...she loves being out and flying around my open plan. She surely loves music as she starts chirping around when I put the music on.

She is my second budgie, I had another one before her but sadly I lost him after a year, he used to eat food and throw it up again, he used to be okay for a week and then start again, I tried giving him fruits and veg but he never ate them....on Christmas eve I woke up and found him in the bottom of the cage......i cried for a whole week.....but Tico is rewarding me with her love and attention...she is adorable and loves cuddles.

After seeing this forum I realised that I think here in Malta we do not have serouis breeders though, all the birds here on the forum are so beautifull, I never saw such birds here in malta.

I was going to get another bird but everyone is telling me that she will not be friendly with me anymore and that she would only want to stay with the other budgie, well both of them would..is this true?

thanks again for you help.....Janazz

About adding a second budgie..If you get the first one tame and bonded with you, and then get the second tame as well..and then introduce them to eachother, (if you keep handling both of them) they will most likely both stay tame and bonded to you, though they will bond with eachother as well. That is what a friend of mine did when she wanted to get a second budgie but have them both tame and still like her...it did work, the pair are breeding now and still happy to be held, get cuddles, etc. ^_^

welcome to the forum :rip: she is very pretty

Female..my female budgie has the same kinda cere
