I have an Albino chick that I bred myself and her parents are T.C.B. and Albino. I have a young Alan Hawes Lutino cock and his parents are both Lutino. What chicks would I expect in breeding the two together? A long time in the future I might add!

albino to Lutino would give you Ino all Ino chicks, with them all being Lutino as the the yellow is dominant over the white. i think that is right

I am pretty sure the TCB part doesn't come into it... but I'm no expert... What colour TCB was it? If it was blue then I think you have a chance and some albino's otherwise like Dave said all Lutino's...

 

 

 

Edit: actually ignore that because your lutino is the one that has to be split for blue and it isn't because both his parants were lutino's... so all lutino babies.

Your chicks will probably be all lutino because it is unlikely that the lutino cock is split for blue. The TCB mutation is sex-linked and dominant over ino so the albino hen won't have inherited the gene

just think like this

 

yellow - is "green"

white - is "blue"

 

because it really is only with the body color erased and the base color left that is what the gene does.

 

You already know that green is dominant over blue so 100% green BUT if the birds are split for BLUE then you would have a chance of blues :bliss:.
