I've noticed that she will do this two or three times in a row some days. Others she doesn't it all at all. She stretches her neck out looks like she's trying to clear her throat.

 

She's eating great, acting normal otherwise and has normal poop.

 

Any ideas what this means?

I've seen budgies do this too. Looks a little bit like they're about to regurgitate... and then they don't.

I thought Lambchop was choking lol. Like they are yawning yes? I would love to know what that is too!

it is like a yawn and it is normal, I noticed Pretty did it but I really have not seen Merlin do it.

It is often associated with preening. They get some feather or sheath stuck in their throat, and start to "yawn"

Offer a drink of water if tame and it will stop. Otherwise, it will stop on its own in a minute or so.
