Sorry, didn't know where to post this..

Anyway, Mum keeps trying to sign up and her email address isn't being accepted.. the registration form says

"The email address you used is not accepted by this board. Please select a different email address."

 

She's made a hotmail accout and a gmail account and her usual live account.. and she can't use any of them...

Is it a problem with the board or her accounts?..
