I got him from a bright blue, and a cinnamon purple. (I dont know how to say it properly.)

The same program as I used to edit mine, Photobucket. Colour rotate is the tool used. We would have a seriously sick budgie with a green cere and a purple beak!

Haha, no its a very very rare mutation called the "blue billed red breast" where the males not only have a pinky/grey cere, but also that lovely blue beak. :wub:
