If neither budgie is split for the others mutation and the hen is not split for blue all the chicks would be normal green (unless the hen is a yellow face). If the hen is a yellow face then half blue and half yellow face blue.

 

As it is rare for budgies not to be split for other mutations expect some surprises

I think that the hen is a YF mauve and he is a sky blue grey wing, though it is hard to tell from here.

 

If you bred then you would get all blues, with 50% yellowface

i agree with dave

only i would add that violet and mauve are classifyed as being in the blue catagore so a violet or mauve is possable but mostly par blue skys and cobolts

I would say you will get surprises as they are in an aviary breeding with other birds and no budgie I know is monogamous in an aviary
