Everytime I bring Lemon out to give her medicine [to cure her of the parasites] or just to let her out of the cage at night for an hour or so to run around and climb all over us, she seems to be pancing a little. Her wings twitch, and she dosn't seem to do it when she is in her cage, its like her safety blanket so to speak. I am trying to get her handle friendly and trying to teach her to talk.

 

Is this normal for a budgie when their not used to being handled so much?
