Everytime I walk past Ernie he puts his wings up, almost like he's stretching them. What does that mean?? I've started saying "Hands Up!!" as I walk past him and everyone thinks I have him really well trained. (but he does it anyway )

If you stop will he fly onto you? Maybe he is hoping you will stop for long enough for him to fly onto you and so he puts his wings out in preparation...

Alas no, in fact he is quite reluctant to leave his play gym.

hahaa My budgie named err Budgie does this too but Ive added to it and now hes learned that when i stand in front of him and say 'WINGS OUT" he sits on the very edge of the top of the cage wings out the sides slightly shaking and he rocks kinda side to side as if hes a big eagle flying
