A bluegum tree in our garden has taken over and is drooping everywhere, yesterday in the hot weather a branch came down on the kids cubby (was in the process of being built so not a tradgedy).

 

My new aviary needs perches and I want to know if this is o.k?

I would say bluegum is safe. Lucky birds, unlucky kids

YAY! Tis' o.k. about the cubby wasn't completed yet and dad's out there now sawing up the perches....sorry branches!!!!!!! Better go help!

Any branches from gum trees are good. Those younger the branches the more they enjoy them
