January 22, 200916 yr Author The batteries are charging. As for me relaxing, I had my own X-rays and specialist appointments last night and today thank you. No relaxing, I was being jabbed and poked and the like. Not enjoyable at all. Dave

January 22, 200916 yr Author i had issues before the flight the flight was good actually - when i got off both flights - to perth and from perth - I had no back pain or soreness This is just me, twisted and maimed
January 22, 200916 yr Author Now I am not sure I got everyone in the pics, so i will go take some more in a few minutes. I will try to explain all the birds. Some are not the best pics and they would look better in a show cage, but until i get some, this is all I have. This is a group of boys. The grey cinnamon wing is a Henry George bird, as is the sky blue cinnamon wing, there is a grey opaline I know little about, a Fran McLaughlin Grey Green and a green Dominant pied from Kaz Henry George birds from Fran McLaughlin The grey is a Cec Gearing 08 cock who Cec told me has excellent bloodlines, the grey green cinnamon wing is from Hans Sibum,he was a gift. An 04 bird but a very good father. The grey bird furthest away is split clearwing from Gina House grey split clearwing The old man looks a bit ruffled in this picture. Like I said, the pics do not do them justice The blue bird at the front there is my best looking bird. He is a Cec Gearing 07 Sky blue cock. majestic bird The Cinnamon Wing Light Green Hen came from Hans and the Grey Green hen from Cec Gearing This clearwing is one of 2 very similar clearwings I got from Gina House and the lutino I got from our own Libby That is either dumb or dumber on the left and the sky blue cinnamon boy on the right has a good boofy head but is a bit stumpy. Once more either Dumb or Dumber. I got them from Hans. Not the biggest birds, but great length Green opaline cock I purchased off Hans. He is an amazing colour and has a very good clear V Cec Gearing bred grey green opaline spangle. She is only 3 months old. Her brother is brilliant. Good genes - sorry about the dark picture, i will try to get another one tomorrow Grey Green Spangle Cock from Fran Jester from Hans, Grey from ?, Green opaline from ? and the green opaline spangle (cinnamon) from Kaz Edited January 22, 200916 yr by Dave_McMinn
January 22, 200916 yr Author A few more pics Lutino chick from Renee Sky Blue Opaline Hen from Libby Twitch - a green Henry George bird from Fran - named twitch as he has a little heart attack type thing when he is caught by a net I still have to get pics of my Cec Gearing Lutino Hen whose brother came 4th at the Nationals Comments are most welcome
January 22, 200916 yr Author Last pics so now they have all been photographed. my two lutinos - one is a Cec Gearing bird whose brother finished 4th at the Nationals so some very good bloodlines and the other is from Libby. My best opaline green boy is split Lutino so it should pair well with the Cec Gearing bird later on. A clearer picture of my 3 month old grey green spangle I purchased off Cec Gearing The Gearing Lutino is a bit fuzzy in the picture, but it does give you a good idea of her shape, plus you see the 2 clearwings in the background, plus the grey green opaline I purchased from Cec. Finally a picture of Dumb and Dumber together. I realised I had not included a picture of the boys together. So there we have it - all birds photographed

January 22, 200916 yr Author I love your baby hen, she is so lovely. Looks like all your birds have traveled really well thanks yes, they all seem really good. It will be a while before they can stretch their wings though. Feel sorry for them, but rules are rules, especially when it comes to quarantine.
January 22, 200916 yr It will be a while before they can stretch their wings though. Feel sorry for them, but rules are rules, especially when it comes to quarantine. Thats the worst part. i buckled and bought mine an aviary as i couldn't stand watching them in the holding cages any longer.
January 22, 200916 yr Author I already have one aviary and i am building the breeding room, so no more room for another aviary. no buckling here!!!

I thought of showing him upside down I am glad it has been a great read for you. The first ever thread I truly followed on here was yours about building your new aviary. I used to log on every day and hope there was another installment. In fact, I lay some of the blame for me getting hooked on budgies solely on that thread- I cannot wait for breeding season. I would love your feedback when I work out my pairs.
