Just thought We'd share the spangle markings on our favorite chick so far this season: Angelwing.

 

 

...to me these markings look more like lace than do lacewings! No wonder beginners like us get so confused.

 

 

It's sooo pretty, we're just going to hafta keep 'im!

lol, so cute. I've been looking for a bird similar, can't find one anywhere though.. hopefully i'll have some luck with the breeder i'm meeting in the next few days..

I just sent a violet hen with similiar marking to GenericBlue. It's one of my favorite markings. I have a pretty little skyblue n the nest at the moment who will hopefully look alot like your baby, it's my favorite marking :thumbs_down:

Beautiful, you will have to keep us updated after the first couple molts to see if she keeps those dark spangle markings, I just love them.
