Posted December 18, 200816 yr This is in response to melbournebudgies' post on my last topic. These are pictures of my budgie hen skipper... before i joined the forum i thought she was a recessive pied, but after learning more on budgie mutations, and now with backup from posts on my forum, i am unsure whether she is a recessive pied or a dominant pied. I'm sorry I couldn't get any better photos, she is an evil hen and she bites HARD P.S. I know that breeding quality hens are supposed to have a crusty brown cere, but is that ^^^ natural?

December 18, 200816 yr And yes her cere is normal, I have some which are even crustier than that when they are in condition
