Cere Turning Blue From Brown?

The bird below I bought a month ago, the breeder and I thought that it was a hen. Today I noticed the cere turning blue from brown? The first picture below was a month ago and the rest are today with no flash. Any ideas? Maybe a cock after all and why it and the other cock have not bred yet!!!

Kaz is right it is a hen out of condition,I have one the same

I agree too some people think blue is boy but that is not the case a light blue or whitish cere is a hen out of condition.

I think it is a hen two... I thought Lip was a cock when I first got her...
