Good to see ya around again- wasnt sure if you were trying to hide a little or not so I kept quiet but now...Welcome back. It was strange having a few people leaving at once- I thought I musta farted or something!! Hahaha ... I didn't relate that smell to my leaving. I just really needed a break.

December 6, 200816 yr No haven't changed me mind I'll just have the lot for Christmas :bluebudgie: :28: They would certainly improve my stock. Had a disaster yesterday, At the moment all I want to do is breed a good pied well I had one in the nest good head width and frontal plus great size. I don't have the parents anymore as they were borrowed any I had one nest out of them and the normals were great but the pieds were a bit ordinary but before I gave the parents back the hen layed 1 egg which I put under another pair and to my good fortune it was a cobalt pied. Well he was 5 weeks old and yesterday the hen bit his beak off. I was so devastated I bald my eyes out :sadsorry: because he was so nice and pretty and nooooo more pieds again. I so angry with the hen I took her out and put her in a cage on her own. Just hope dad keeps feeding the rest as they are 4 - 5 1/2 weeks old.
December 6, 200816 yr Author Beaks grow back... just feed him with a crop tube / needle until it grows back.
