Posted December 4, 200816 yr Just for the sake of curiousity, how would this girl do in a show? I mean, what are her bad points and/or good points? Don't try to be nice, just tell me how well (or not well) she would do. Hope these pictures are good enough. Thanks (By the way, as you probably noticed..she's moulting..just ignore that please.)
December 4, 200816 yr Just my opinion and I'm only new to all this so if someone disagrees with me take their opinion  I think she's pretty good, how big is she as it's hard to tell that from a photo? Maybe a little long in the flights I think, if you were breeding her I would put her with a cock that didn't have long flights

I don't know how big she is really..about 23cm from head to tail would be my guess, though I'm probably wrong there.
December 4, 200816 yr sorry got no experience... I'm sure the others will be able to give good sound advice though
December 4, 200816 yr I can only go by the photos: Mask is short and the spots are under developed. The Bird is long flighted and carries the wings high instead of resting on the rump. It has good width above the cere but needs some more frontal. Its beak is tucked in well and has good back skull. It is a solid bird and would do well to be paired to a longer bird with a deep mask, good spots, a good frontal and better wing carrage. Looking at the colour of the cere I would have said it's a young cock but could be my screen. Edited December 4, 200816 yr by Darryl

I looked at those photos just now and I'd have to agree with you, she does look like a boy. But a definite girl in real life.
