January 14, 200916 yr Author Thanks Trish, you can gladly have the washing basket but not the contents!! The sheen on their coats is from feeding the mother all natural food and none of that @#@# in canned dog food.

Remember when we had to feed Crickets pups from agte two weeks as she was ill ?? We tried boittlefeeding but it didnt work so they got raw mince mixed with puppy milk. Worked a treat. The puppy milk makes it sloppier and easier to eat. Makes for big healthy pups too. Looks forward to your updates
January 21, 200916 yr Very true re the raw mince. Our Golden Retriever had 10 pups once and I had so much fun at feeding times! Raw mince and milk (and a little farex when they were really young) worked wonders. They loved it. Â When they were still being fed by Roxie I had a baby bassinet (the pre-feed basket), in which I would put the 10 puppies I would give her 3 pups at a time, and when they were fed I would put them in a washing basket (the post-feed basket!!) and grab the next 3, then the last "shift" was 4 puppies. (had to keep an eye on which teats I used as well!! ) Â When they were old enough to be supplemented I would feed the 10 one at a time with a dropper and also move them from bassinet to laundry basket. Â It was a full time job for me, every few hours was feeding time.. in hindsight..... one of the best times of my life!!! :hap:
