I've looked at lots of pics, and think I know .... My budgie (almost 4 months old) is recessive pied, right? Any other adjectives to tack on?

Hi Kaz,

 

I think it is ... but being a beginner am not sure. Here's a close-up. The focus isn't great as she won't let me get too close with the camera and I have to really zoom.
