Hi Everyone, i have been apart of this forum before, but due to not having Budgies for awhile i hadn't been on.

My Name is Jarryd, im 19 years old, hail from Airport West in Melbourne.

Kept Budgies since the age of 9. but for the past year and a half i've only kept Finches.

Im hoping to get some Budgies again soon, and thought id join this forum again. to regain some knowledge and ask some questions.

You can get them from most outdoor furniture stores. They're called cafe blinds for memory. We have them around our back patio. Places like Target, k-mart and Big W do them also in all different sizes. It's a thick plastic canvas.

Sorry to hear your budgies name is Lloyd.. must be getting old huh? haha Maybe try something like Bateman, Franklin or Rioli for the new ones ;) Does the aviary get hot in summer with the plastic or do you just roll it up on the really hot days??

HAHA Lloyd's going alright ;) The Blind is pretty much rolled up the whole time during summer unless its Peeing Down Rain.
