I have had these two budgies for a while but I've been confused in knowing whether or not they are female or male... When I bought them I was told that one was a male and one was a female but after reading the forums, I thought that they were both females... the confusing thing is that I've been told by a family member that they have seen one of them sitting on top of the other...

Its a dominance thing

from the looks of it they are probably sisters too , they are sweet.
