April 20, 201015 yr There is no real reason for my name lol. I have been using it for years on the internet in various places. I think I just made it up because I wanted something that didn't sound too generic, but also didn't give too much away I have a bit of a thing for made up words. omg someone like me!!! hahaha i have this wierd wierd thing were i just make up random words too1 they just subconsciously slip out... and i think to myself where did that come from lol each week my dog basically has a new nickname, which is one of my stupid made up words lol ahh but krosp dont worry because its a great habit well my username /alias is alpaca boy as i am an extreme fan of alpacas and one day i want to have my own alpaca farm. and im only young therfore stil a boy only 17 and there you go. oh by the way my real name is ...... April 20, 201015 yr Previously I answered this thread's question and said that Dave_McMinn was my name. I have now decided to get a little more detailed and explain the meanings behind that string of characters. David means beloved whilst Mc is the anglicised version of son, so My middle names are John and Douglas, which mean "God is Gracious" and "Black water" So David John Douglas McMinn means Beloved God is Gracious Black Water Son of Minn Not sure what that all means, but I will crack it!!!!

April 22, 201015 yr Mine is a somewhat shortened version of my name, Madeleine. Origin is french, usually pronounced Mad-eh-lane. But mine is pronounced Mad-eh-len. June 12, 201014 yr My user name is self explanatory my budgie is called Bruce and I'm his Mum logical really Bruce got his name because of a suggestion by my husband... We had a dog who was a bit crazy and always in trouble, a bit of a rebel... he was a pedigree Labrador from the queens Labrador kennels bloodlines.. his kennel name was Original Oscar and one of his parents .. was Sandrigham Toss, only dogs from the Queens kennels can use the name Sandringham.. Anyway to cut a long story short I thought as a pet name we would call him Prince because of the royal connotations, he turned out to have just as wayward behavoiur as some of our royalty cough cough and hubby always said he would have been more suited to the name Bruce as it seemed to be more rugged and go with Princes character.. but we wouldnt change his name... Then we got our male budgie and had to pick a name for him so hubby came up with the name Bruce again, as it was what us Brits class as a typical Aussie name.. and budgies being native of Australia it seemed ideal... he is a well behaved Bruce though not like Prince used to be so a good representative for Australia. Oh Kaz we shorten names in the UK as well we have lots of Daz's, Baz's, Kaz's and even a Kez short for Kerry, my name shortened is Liz not quite the same but it does end in Z so can I be an honorary Aussie :hap: Edited June 12, 201014 yr by Brucies Mum

June 14, 201014 yr Im not very exciting - its just a shortened version of my name, Tameka, but I mostly just get called Meeka.
July 1, 201014 yr Well Tania is my name and I just added the first letter of my middle name and surname.
