It seems everyone has complex questions on so many different mutations, wondering what they will get if they breed a certain two together. This is probably the most simple one but I have no clue. I have a normal green cock and a normal cobalt hen... if I bred them what would I get? Would they ALL be green normals? Does the color and sex make a difference (if the hen was green and the male was blue instead of the other way aroud) or would that change my out come?

Unless the green is split for blue (ie, had one blue parent and one green) you would get all greens, split for blue. It doesn't matter which sex is blue or green.

So all green (possiblly split for blue). And if the parents are split for other things like opaline or something, will I get any of those or only normals?

A hen can't be split opaline, ino or cinnamon but a cock can, if you got any opalines, inos or cinnamons they would all be hens. The only other way you can get something else is if they are both split for a recessive variety such as recessive pied
