March 27, 200520 yr I'm glad to hear that he's doing a little better. Still, he needs to see an avian vet. I know it can get pricey but it's worth every bit. An avian vet might be able to take an x-ray and see the exact problem and how to take care of it. If you can't find an avian vet, start by looking here: http://aav.org/vet-lookup/ And the importance of a vet including why it costs so much is here: http://www.upatsix.com/fyi/whyisit.htm I know I can be pushy sometimes but really I'm trying to help your bird. I know you want the best for him and you want him to get better so please take this advice to heart. It's really the only thing you can do for him right now. He can't be expected to heal himself.
March 28, 200520 yr Please take your bird to see a vet!!! It isn't really expensive if it's your birds health in the balance!!!
March 30, 200520 yr When you've no money its hard to take him to the vet!! anyway he is getting much better he's starting to try and climb and attempting to stand and walk now which is a dramatic improvement since it happened he's eating and drinking more each day now as well. :fear

A lot of vets will work out a payment plan for you but you'll never know if you don't give it a shot. That was also covered in the article I posted. Please give it a try, for your bird's sake.
