Looks like a Dark Green Opaline Cock

Your green series TCB would be yellow like in this picture of Norm's bird that I pulled from the TCB Mutations thread, this is an Opaline TCB in the Green Series.

Descriptions of a TCB

In the Texas clearbody variety, the color of the budgie's body feathers is diffused or absent, and the wing markings are dark at the top and fade to a light grey toward the tips of the wings. The standard for the Texas clearbody budgie is to have no color in the body feathers, leaving only yellow or white (depending, of course, if the budgie is yellow-based or white-based). The Texas clearbody can however, have some color in the body feathers of up to a 50% dilution. In this case the body feather color is stronger toward the vent and rump feathers. Reference Site

So you will not see a strong green or blue coloration in a TCB you would see more of the yellow or white (base color) like the bird above which is a green series the green or blue that you see is more of suffision in the lower body like your bird has more of the greenish suffision then Norm's TCB does.

OR for example your own bird here that you posted in the TCB that is also an Opaline TCB.
